Before a PP Strap Production Line begins production at a customer's factory, it goes through a comprehensive factory acceptance test to verify its performance under real operating conditions.

Recently, our engineering team completed the testing of a 4-strap PP Strap Production Line for a customer whose new manufacturing project will be located in Thailand. The entire production line was tested using 100% virgin PP raw materials to ensure stable extrusion, consistent strap quality, and reliable machine performance.

Throughout the testing process, our engineers carefully checked key production parameters, including extrusion stability, stretching performance, strap dimensions, and winding quality. These inspections help minimize installation risks and allow customers to start production with greater confidence once the equipment arrives.
