PP Strap Making Machine with Adjustable Logo Printing Tested for Indonesia

We recently completed a factory test of a Single Screw 2-Strap PP Strap Making Machine for a customer from Indonesia.

During the trial, we tested not only the PP strap production process but also online logo printing directly onto the PP strap using an industrial inkjet coding system.

The customer personally participated in the test, pulling and checking the PP strap while the machine was running. Our technical team also adjusted the inkjet coding system and demonstrated the adjustable logo size.

This hands-on factory trial allowed the customer to experience the equipment and evaluate the PP strap production and printing results before delivery.

The machine tested for the Indonesian customer is a Single Screw 2-Strap PP Strap Making Machine, designed to produce two PP straps simultaneously.

During the factory trial, the customer observed the production process and personally pulled the finished PP strap to check its running condition and quality.

Online Logo Printing on PP Strap

A key part of this test was the online logo printing system.

An industrial inkjet coding system can print a company logo, brand name, customized text, or other information directly onto the PP strap during production.

The logo size can be adjusted according to different customer requirements, providing greater flexibility for branded PP strap production.

This makes it possible to combine PP Strap Making Machine + Online Logo Printing in one production process.

Customer Hands-On Experience

The factory trial also gave the Indonesian customer an opportunity to learn the equipment through hands-on experience.

The customer personally pulled and checked the PP strap while the production line was running, while the technical team demonstrated the operation and adjustment of the inkjet printing system.
